Terms and Conditions of Service

These Terms and Conditions apply to all lawn mowing and property maintenance services provided by Green Terrain Solutions. By engaging our services, clients agree to the following terms:

1. Insurance & Liability

Green Terrain Solutions is fully insured with current public liability insurance coverage. We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of people and property during all services provided. However, certain risks are inherent in mowing and property maintenance work, especially on properties with uneven terrain or concealed objects.

2. Property Damage from Debris

We make every effort to inspect and safely maintain each property. That said, hidden or loose objects such as stones, sticks, or debris in long grass can be projected by mowers or whipper snippers and may cause damage, including broken windows or other property damage. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the lawn area is clear of such hazards prior to our arrival.

In cases where damage is caused by debris not visible or cleared from the lawn (e.g., loose stones hidden in long grass), Green Terrain Solutions is not liable for the resulting damage. The property owner shall be responsible for the cost of any repairs or replacements.

3. Client Responsibilities

- Clear lawn and surrounding areas of toys, hoses, rocks, and other items before each scheduled visit.
- Ensure pets are secured and access is granted on the scheduled service day.
- Inform Green Terrain Solutions of any areas of concern or fragile structures near the work area.

4. Weather & Rescheduling

If weather conditions prevent safe or effective mowing, services may be delayed or rescheduled. We will notify you as early as possible in such cases and reschedule at the next available opportunity.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued immediately after the job is complete and due within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspended services or late fees.

6. Agreement Acceptance

By requesting and accepting services from Green Terrain Solutions, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
